  • 50% payment upon booking 

  • 50% additional payment no later than 14 days before arrival

  • Celebrations and parties are not allowed

  • Quiet at night 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

  • Maximum number of people including children 6.

  • Please follow the rules of the resort, see the reception at the entrance

The price does not include the tourist tax (1 euro per person) to be paid at the resort reception

The price does not include the fee for the final cleaning of the villa for 125 euros.

A refundable damage deposit of 300 euros or 6,000 CZK is required before arrival

The contract will come into force as soon as payment is received and a booking confirmation with confirmed holiday dates is issued. The contract binds you and all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these booking conditions. Failure to provide all relevant information or failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in termination of the contract and loss of reservation.

The house is fully equipped, bed linen and towels will be at your disposal. Tourist fees must be paid in cash at reception upon arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

These are general cancellation conditions, in rare cases we will adjust the cancellation according to the agreement and the current situation.

Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: 100% refund 
59-31 days before arrival: we refund 50%
30-15 days before arrival: we return 25%
14 days or less before arrival: no refund
